Today's
organizations are undergoing change like never before. Facilitators should understand
the forces provoking these changes and the resulting effects on organizations.
This understanding must start with basic knowledge of organizations, guidelines
and techniques of organizational change, and major methods for change. Organizational
change is best carried out with strong understanding of techniques in planning
(strategic planning, business planning, etc.), organizing and coordinating resources,
