Institute of Cultural Affairs
The Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA) is a private, not-for-profit organization with a number of regional offices in North America and around the world. Focused on the human factor in world development, ICA promotes positive change in the lives of communities, organizations and individuals by supporting native solutions to indigenous problems.

The ICA Minnesota field office is also a training site for Technology of Participation™ (ToP) facilitation, consultation, training, and courses of instruction.
